Access to our full platform requires an active membership. By purchasing a membership, you agree to:
Membership fees are due at the time of purchase. Annual user fees, if applicable, are due each year you choose to maintain active access. Refund policies for individual travel bookings are subject to the terms of the travel supplier.
If you find a lower publicly available rate for the same accommodation, dates, and room type within 24 hours of booking, we will refund the difference plus an additional 10%. Certain restrictions apply. Contact customer support for details.
Members may invite friends and family to use the platform through the Boomerang Rewards program. Invited users receive discounted access, and referring members earn reward credits when their invitees book travel. Reward credits have no cash value and are subject to program terms.

Our platform connects you with third-party travel suppliers. Your bookings with these suppliers are subject to their own terms and conditions. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Traveling Worldwide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Traveling Worldwide and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
